1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlipCloc ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
FlipCloc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Software, such as cross-device syncing on Web and Windows, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
FlipCloc offers premium features available via a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by our platform partners (Apple for the Mac App Store, and Dodo Payments for Web/Windows). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund policy of the specific platform where the purchase was made.
5. Restrictions
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; redistribute or resell the Software; use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software belong to FlipCloc. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlipCloc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
